The straight answers, before you commit.
The things a home-service owner actually wants to know before switching anything on: what it costs, who owns your customers, and whether you have to leave the software you already run.
No. We sit on top of the software you already run. Bookings and customers flow straight into Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan, so your team keeps working the way it works today.
Not on any of those yet? Manual mode gets you live without one. We integrate, we never replace.
You do, completely. Your customers are your customers, and their data stays yours. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
Billing runs through your own Stripe account, so the money lands in your bank, not ours. Housewell is the software in the middle, never the owner of the relationship.
We build the whole thing for free and you pay nothing until it is live and you have approved it. The Free tier stays $0 forever and covers the full customer-facing experience: site, booking, portal, and memberships, with no cap on how many members you can have.
Paid tiers add the tools that make you money. Pro is $199 a month: review requests on autopilot, missed-call text-back, email and SMS campaigns, two-way Jobber sync, and your own custom domain. At a typical $300 job, one extra booked call a month more than covers it. Scale is $499 a month for multi-truck and multi-location operations. On top of whichever tier you pick, it is $4 per active member per month, and we never take a cut of your existing sales.
Most builds are ready for you to review within about a week or two, depending on the integration and how much we're customizing. You go live the moment you approve it.
Because nothing starts billing until you are live, there is no clock running while you decide.
No. Everything is month to month, and you can cancel anytime. No setup fees, no term commitment, no early-termination penalty.
We would rather earn the next month than lock you into a year.
It covers everything it takes to bill, serve, and retain each member: automatic recurring billing, the member portal, photo service receipts, and the reminders that keep them enrolled.
It is a small flat fee, never a percentage. A $29 a month member nets you about $25 after the fee, and you only ever pay it on members who are actively paying you.
When one of your customers needs a trade you do not offer, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, you route them to a vetted local pro in the Housewell Network. The pro pays a flat fee for that lead straight into your own Stripe. The platform's 70% share is added to your next platform invoice, so you keep 30% net. Your customer pays nothing extra.
Every lead is warm and goes to one pro the homeowner actually picked, never blasted to five. It is found money on customers you already have, for work you were never going to do anyway.
Yes. The site is branded entirely as you: your name, your logo, your colors, your prices. Nothing on it points back to Housewell.
You set your own membership pricing and your own service rates. We run the technology behind the scenes; the brand your customers see is yours alone.
