Booking questions, answered.

Book two or more services for the same visit and you save on the whole order, 10% as a guest. Members already save on every Pros service, single or bundled, 10% with a single plan and 15% with Housewell Complete. It's our way of rewarding one efficient trip instead of three. Custom/quote work (like holiday lighting) is priced separately and isn't part of the bundle.
Yes. Prices are scoped to your home size, not guessed over the phone. What you see when you book is what you pay, no on-site upsell. If your home falls outside the standard sizes, you'll see “custom” and we walk it with you before any number is locked.
For most exterior work (windows, soft wash, gutters, driveway), no, as long as we have access. For interior work like duct cleaning we'll need someone to let us in. You'll get a 30-minute heads-up text either way, and a photo report with photos when we're done.
