For that work, we keep a short list of vetted local companies and rank them by credentials, member ratings, and how they perform on real jobs. Ranking is never for sale. You pay the pro directly at their normal price, and we never mark it up.

A real floor we enforce

Ranking is never for sale. Every pro's position on this page is driven only by ratings and performance, verified reviews and how members tell us the work actually went. Your crew earns nothing from sending you to a pro, and you always pay the pro directly at their normal price, never marked up.

Become a Housewell Verified Partner.

Every Housewell member is a vetted, maintenance-minded homeowner who already trusts us, a far warmer lead than anything off a bidding site. Apply to join the short list we recommend in your trade.

Warm, pre-qualified leads. Homeowners who asked for a pro, not cold-called bids you fight five others for.
You set your own prices. We never mark up your work or sit between you and your customer's invoice.
Earn your ranking. Position is won with ratings and reliability, do great work and you rise. It can't be bought by competitors either.
Founding-partner status. First-vetted pros in a trade are on a short roster, up to five per trade, so you see steady member volume while the lane is small.
We hold partners to an active license, insurance, a 4.5+ rating, and under a 5% complaint rate. Falling below means 60 days to cure, then removal.

We can't warranty a licensed pro's work, but we stand behind the match. If a partner we sent you falls short, tell us. We'll make it right and review their standing on the spot. The partner is replaceable; your trust isn't.
