Six visits a year, every other month, each with a named purpose and a headline job. You see exactly what we'll do and when, before you sign up. Scheduled up front, no surprises.
We show up
Same crew when possible. With Housewell Complete, 30 minutes of Helper time on every visit. A photo report before we leave. That's the rhythm.
Day before
Your crew lead texts you the day before with the arrival window. On Housewell Complete, pick your Helper tasks from the menu at least 48 hours before your visit: light bulbs, detector batteries, loose hardware. We bring time and hands; you bring the parts.
Visit day
The crew runs the scoped maintenance for that visit: filter, batteries, exterior sweep. On Housewell Complete, the last 30 minutes go to your Helper task list. A hard 30-minute boundary, no scope creep.
Same day
Before they leave, the crew sends the photo report: timestamped photos of every task completed this visit. “Here's the filter we replaced. Here's the cobweb we knocked down.” It lives in your portal forever.

Every Complete visit ends with 30 guaranteed minutes on your to-do list. You pick the tasks from a vetted menu at least 48 hours ahead, bulbs, detector batteries, slide-in filters, loose hardware, and the crew knocks them out. That's about 3 hours of handyman time a year, roughly $150 to $300 of labor, included.
