Six visits a year, every other month, each with a named purpose and a headline job. You see exactly what we'll do and when, before you sign up. Scheduled up front, no surprises.
We show up
Same crew when possible. A photo report before we leave. That's the rhythm.
Day before
Your crew lead texts you the day before with the arrival window, so you know exactly when we'll be there.
Visit day
The crew runs the scoped maintenance for that visit: filter, batteries, exterior sweep. Everything on the season's task list, done before we leave.
Same day
Before they leave, the crew sends the photo report: timestamped photos of every task completed this visit. “Here's the filter we replaced. Here's the cobweb we knocked down.” It lives in your portal forever.
Photo reports document what we did. They are not condition assessments. We don't inspect or evaluate. That's professional-opinion territory and a different licensed job. See an example report →
